Message from Fr. Jeff:
The Covid infection rate has dropped both locally and nationally, and the governor has put the state back into Stage 3 of the reopening. As you can see by the parish calendar, we are becoming more active on weekdays. The men’s breakfast at the Original House of Pancakes will resume on Wednesday in the coming week, and the next Midday Prayer service on the property will be the following Saturday. Since it will take another two months or so for most older members to get their two vaccines, we will not have the Lenten suppers this year. The Ash Wednesday service will be in the evening at St Mark’s Catholic School.
We continue to distance, mask, and sanitize for Sunday in-person worship, and also continue the live-streaming of it on Facebook live. Invite your friends to attend with you if their own church has not yet resumed public services. Please let me know if you would like Communion brought to your house or distributed through the window of your car in the church parking lot.
Grace Anglican Church Ministry: Making Disciples of Jesus Christ through our Worship – Study – Service.
Grace Anglican Church typically meets for worship every Sunday at 10:30am with Adult Bible Study usually on Sunday mornings at 9:30am.
Do you want to explore faith, but don’t know if “church” is the right place for you? You aren’t alone. You might want to consider our Inquirers Class that meets weekly on Tuesday evenings. Classes are held at a variety of locations. Call Fr. Jeff and he will be happy to tell you where the next one will be.
Grace Anglican reflects an orthodox understanding of the Christian faith, as declared in the historic Book of Common Prayer, the Thirty-Nine Articles and in Holy Scripture. Grace Anglican Church subscribes to the traditional Ecumenical Councils and the three historic creeds – Apostles’, Nicene, and Athanasian. We believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the Word of God and to contain all things necessary to salvation. Our worship is in the Anglican tradition.
